Supplier Capability Enhancement in the Auto Component Industry
The strategic sourcing group of an automotive OEM initially invested their years in Capacity Creation in India as more and more auto companies flooded India for setting up manufacturing facilities. Post that, they realized that Capability Enhancement was key since the demand for global quality, reliability, speed and solution engineering were the need of hour.
