Traditionally Logistics & Warehouse business has been the forte of family managed businesses in India. During last decade owing to emerging needs of SCM at a different scale in the country, there has been an explosion of business opportunities. It became imperative to transform a traditional house to relook at the business in current context and drive efficiency to be able to compete at marketplace.
